time

There is always time for you, we just have to find it! We all get caught up in the day to day of life and the things that light us up get pushed to the bottom of the list or are not on the list at all. We get sucked into the shoulds and say yes when we want to say no. We convince ourselves we just gotta get through xyz to have time for ourselves but that’s just not the case. Let’s look at how you’re spending your days and create space for the things that light you up and make you, YOU!

in this class you will:

  • Understand what’s important to you and what you need to be YOU in your daily life.

  • Create a visual of how you spend your time. We’ll get super specific to see what works for you and what doesn’t. Then make space for the things you want to be doing to create more joy in your life.

Cultivate
care

What if knowing what your needs are and then how to meet them became your superpower? Our needs change day to day, hour by hour and knowing how to care for ourselves keeps us from running on empty. When we’re tired, sometimes we need snuggles and a nap and other times we need sun, water or movement. In this class we will practice how to get quiet, curious and listen to what you need in any given moment. Then talk about how to support you in meeting those needs to live the life YOU want to live.

in this class you will:

  • Learn how to meet your needs in a way that resonates for you and then follow through because it’s in alignment with YOU.

  • Experience a deeper connection with yourself to avoid burnout cycles that only leave you further disconnected from yourself and those around you.

Let’s talk about how to become your own biggest cheerleader and softest place to land because that’s when life really starts to flow! We are with ourselves 24/7 and yet, we talk to ourselves in ways we would never talk to someone else. So, let’s learn why being our own worst critic doesn’t work, even though we think it does! We will talk about what self-compassion looks like and understand what grace feels like when you give it to yourself. You’ll leave this class with a full heart, holding what’s hard and focused on what you’re doing right.

in this class you will:

  • Begin to build your relationship, you to you. Create awareness in your internal dialogue to move from judgmental, critical and unforgiving to giving yourself grace, compassion, understanding and support. 

  • Learn that when you are kind to yourself, you begin to build trust and safety within yourself, which leads to trust in your knowings, your voice and your choices. This also leads to trust with the people around you and creates safety in your relationships.

cultivate clarity

Everyone has heard of journaling, but only a few say they know what to do. Journaling is a way to cultivate the relationship with yourself, gain clarity and let shit go! It holds space for you to streamline your internal dialogue, move through emotions, celebrate your wins and decide what’s best for YOU.


in this class you will: 

  • Learn a handful of different journaling techniques and find a couple that work specifically for you.

  • Identify your why on journaling and how it can be a supportive practice in your life.
