Using conscious connected breath, we get to meet ourselves on the deepest level. We spend a lot of time abandoning ourselves. We dilute our voices. We contort ourselves to fit other’s expectations. We mute the fullness of who we are. And that impacts how we show up for ourselves, with the people we love and in the world at large.

Breath is another way to get quiet and curious, listen to what’s happening inside and move it through. You come back into awareness with more clarity, peace and grounding in who you are, ready to take aligned action and move towards living the life YOU want to live.

My experience with breathwork has been life changing and has led me to become a certified facilitator through ReWild Breathwork. I started breathwork in spring 2023, soon after moving to LA from Chicago. I knew nothing about it, but thought it was something fun to try.

That first class changed my life.

I walked out happy, regulated and feeling what I call the breathwork calm-joy! I hadn’t felt alive in quite a while. I continued going 1-2 times a week. On the mat, I connected with my higher self, moved through grief, brought more joy into my life, learned to take up space on and off the mat and that ALL of me is welcome.

My nervous system learned flexibility by intentionally going in and out of a parasympathetic state that continued in my day-to-day life. I have so much respect and deep gratitude for my teachers and I am honored to hold space for this sacred practice, like it was held for me.

Breathe & Journal

  • Sessions are 90 minutes and offered once a month in studio.

  • This is an intimate experience with up to 8 people allowing time for connection. We will hold space for intention setting, a breathwork journey and then we will have time to journal, ground and share our experience as a group.

  • We will breathe for 30-35 minutes to a curated playlist by me.

  • Mats, blankets, journals and pens will be provided.

  • Wear comfy clothes.

  • Bring a water bottle and chapstick can be helpful.

What to Expect 1:1

  • Sessions are 75 minutes, in studio or virtual.

  • We will set expectations, intentions and hold space for integration following the breath practice. 

  • We will breathe for 30-35 minutes to a curated playlist by me. 

  • Mats and blankets will be provided.

  • Wear comfy clothes.

  • Bring a water bottle and chapstick can be helpful. 

  • Integration after the practice is important, so giving yourself space to ground, journal, take a bath, slow movement and/or eat some cozy, nourishing food. Sharing your experience is also a great way to integrate the practice.
